Summary

Launching in spring 2010, Education Eye is a free, engaging and easy-to-use online space that will give access to a wide range of useful and relevant innovations across educations’ varied communities. Connecting people with innovative uses of digital technology, new resources and new approaches to teaching and learning, will help inspire further innovation in education.

Since September 2008 Futurelab have been researching the best approach to support knowledge sharing about innovation in education and have conducted extensive audience research, consulting over 150 educational professions and have a strong understanding of the ways people are currently working, and what their needs are in the area of sharing innovations. Education Eye will undergo review and testing with users and stakeholders through an iterative process during 2009-10.
