Access to and use of Explore is provided by Futurelab Education (Futurelab) subject to the following terms:

  • Using Futurelab Explore means you are bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the contents of Explore. You are only authorised to use Explore if you abide by all of these terms of use and all applicable laws.
  • Futurelab may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please check back regularly for updates.

Explore can only be used under these conditions:

  • They are only to be used within your organisation and not shared with external parties.
  • They must not be resold or transferred.
  • The Futurelab logo and other branding elements must not to be removed.
  • They must not be used as part of a paid service without Futurelab’s consent (eg consultancy).

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

The content of Explore, including the information, names, images, pictures, sound files, logos, icons, links to third party sites is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Under no circumstances will Futurelab Education be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of Explore regardless of the form of action.

Events: terms and conditions of booking

By booking this event you agree to the following conditions:

Early bird discount 
  • Applications must be completed and submitted by the early bird offer date specified. 
  • If you have requested an invoice from us, payment must be made on receipt of invoice. 
  • For all applications received after the offer expires, the full ticket price will be charged. If any disputes arise, the decision of Futurelab will be final. 
 
Payment 
  • Payment can be made online, or by requesting an invoice when booking. 
  • Payment must be made on receipt of invoice. Your place is not guaranteed until we have received full payment of your registration fees. 
  • The fee includes VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate. VAT registration # GB 869 8346 55 
 
Cancellations 
  • Cancellations received 4 weeks or more before the event will be entitled to a full refund. 
  • Cancellations received 2-4 weeks before the event will be liable for a 50% charge. 
  • Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the event will be liable to a 100% charge. 
  • Substitutes are accepted at any time free of charge, providing Futurelab is notified in advance in writing. 
 
Delegates wishing to amend or cancel their registration should email events@futurelab.org.uk
 
Liability
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date or the venue for the event. In the unlikely event of the workshop being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
Futurelab shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this event where failure is caused by supervening circumstances including weather, fire, floor, earthquake, travel & transport delays, wars, riots, acts of terrorism or events which are without fault and render fulfilment impossible.
